Have you participated in an Ayahuasca ceremony and unlocked a part of you that you’re struggling to make sense of? Have you participated in a Psilocybin retreat and gathered nuggets of healing information but unsure how to integrate it into your life moving forward? Have you explored alternative healing options through psychedelics and want to process what you’ve uncovered in these journeys in a safe space with a knowledgeable practitioner?
Partaking in a plant-based medicinal journey can be a powerful and transformative tool for deep soul healing. It can heal wounds from abusive relationships, chronic childhood trauma, singular traumatic events, and even generational trauma that has been passed down from our ancestors. Revelations from your shadow parts can oftentimes be revealed as clues to where the sources of ongoing pain and dysregulation may be stored. Plant-based medicines have the power to quiet the ego and allow for truths to come to the surface, even if those truths are sad, scary, or difficult to face. The medicine attempts to work with your psyche to provide you clarity without the noise and influence of the ego, whose job is to protect and shield from pain.
What I Offer in Post Plant-Based Medicine Integration Sessions
Ideally, a post plant-based medicine integration session is scheduled 24-48 hours after the completion of your plant-based journey. During this session, we will dig deep to uncover the revelations you experienced on your journey. We will translate them so you have a deeper sense of their meaning and how it is relevant to your past and current experiences. Through the process of organizing your revelations, we can also understand how to utilize these tools and gifts moving forward in your journey of healing and self-discovery. So often I hear testimonies from people who have had powerful experiences in different types of plant-based ceremonies and these golden nuggets of information fall back into the shadows because they are still raw data. Together, we take that raw data and transform it into processed data which then can be applied moving forward to make long lasting, internally systemic changes. We can create a blueprint as to how to foster the peace you accessed on your journey and preserve the gratitude and compassion only offered through the experience of a plant based medicine journey.
